How much space does the booth need?
About 10 × 10 feet and one standard electrical outlet. We’ll coordinate the best spot with you and your venue.
When do you set up?
We arrive about 45 minutes before the event to get everything ready before your booth time begins.
Can you set up indoors and outdoors?
Yes! We can set up indoors or in covered outdoor areas. Outdoor spaces need reliable weather protection and access to a standard outlet.
How does the deposit work?
A 25% non-refundable deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Can I reschedule?
You get one free reschedule with at least 60 days’ notice. Contact us to coordinate your new date.
Are you insured?
Yes, we’re fully insured. We can name your venue on our certificate of insurance.
